Terms & Conditions

1. The Company

This is Adur Brewery Ltd, (Company No. 6442712). The registered office is the Adur Business Centre, Little High St. Shoreham by sea, West Sussex, BN43 5EG. In these TERMS and CONDITIONS "we", "us", "our", etc., is taken to mean the Adur Brewery Limited. The word "you" means the customer.

2. Purchases from the Adur Brewery Ltd.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18, and therefore require you to show proof of age on request before completion of delivery. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is not resident in the UK.

Payment for alcohol, goods and merchandise can only be made by credit or debit card unless by prior arrangement.

3. Debiting your account

All payments are processed in real time. Payments are processed immediately and confirmation of your order sent to you by email within 24 hours of placing your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

4. Fulfilment of order

If it is not possible to fulfil all your order requirements we reserve the right not to accept your order and we will inform you. If this is the case we will have no further obligation to you. If we accept part of your order, the price will be reduced accordingly.

We will not accept orders for product(s) that are out of stock, you will however, be informed of our best estimate of when such products will be in stock again.

5. Delivery and Distribution

We use may courier companies to deliver products to you. Under these circumstances we aim to deliver your order within 7 days but we shall not accept liability for any damage or delay to your order caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. If there is any reason why your order will not be delivered within 7 days, you will be notified by telephone or email, where reasonably practical.

There are standard delivery charges for central areas of the United Kingdom. Delivery to offshore parts of the United Kingdom such as the Channel Islands may be subject to additional delivery charges. We are presently unable to deliver to other countries within Europe, the United States of America, Canada and the Far East.

You will be asked to complete a proof of delivery document before completion of the order.

6. Minimum order

We have a minimum order requirement of one case of beer or one item of merchandise. The case normally consists of twelve bottles, where this differs it is clearly marked in the product description.

7. Returns Policy

We offer you a thirty day money back guarantee for damaged or faulty goods. We will reimburse delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods returned to us. If you have to return goods, please enclose the receipt, details of the reason for the return, and credit or debit card details for purposes of refund. We will not accept returns of used or worn merchandise or beer that has in any way been tampered with.

8. Trade marks

Our trade marks and logos are registered in the UK.

9. Data protection

We operate under the principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. We maintain your privacy within the framework of the law.

You can decide what personal information you provide to us. We will only collect personal information that you explicitly choose to provide.

You will have the opportunity to choose not to receive communications from us at any point where we request information about you.
